Pre-orders policy

Please note, pre order items take an estimated 10-20 working days. There may be delays on pre order items as they have to be shipped from our manufacturer or by our supplier. If any delays occur you will be notified by email.

Times may vary as delays can occur with customs clearance or delays within the shipping company.

 By purchasing these items you are agreeing to the pre-order terms and conditions.

By purchasing pre-ordered items and clicking agree to the terms and conditions at checkout, you are agreeing that you understand how pre-orders work and that delays can occur.

Once you have clicked accept on the terms and conditions, delays are unfortunately out of our hands.

EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ONLY FOR PRE ORDER ITEMS at the same value as the initial purchase. Credit notes are store credit discount codes which are valid for 3 months, this cannot be extended or used to buy gift cards. We do not process refunds for pre orders under any circumstances as these are specifically made for your orders. As stated in the product description, by purchasing a pre-ordered item you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Once you have pressed ‘accept’ to our terms and conditions at check out then you are agreeing that you and understand and have read all of our policies. We are not responsible for any misinterpretation once you have clicked ‘accept’.

We ship all over Ireland and the UK.

If you don’t live in either countries, you can contact us to discuss shipping prices.

Our shipping times to the UK can range from 4-10 working days due to customs and Royal Mail strikes etc. By purchasing from our website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Our standard tracked shipping takes 2-5 working days.

If you order by 12pm, then next day delivery takes 1 day. This is excluding weekends.

Please do not select next day delivery for pre-ordered items as it does not apply.

Returns and exchanges

Please contact us by using our live chat if you wish to return an item.

You have 14 days to return your item. If it hasn’t been returned within the 14 days you are no longer entitled to a refund or exchange.

Please take care when trying your items on as we will only accept items that :

- Are unused/ unworn

-in the same perfect condition you received

- Must have all tags attached& in original packaging

- No makeup /fake tan/ deodorant marks or any stains

-no odours, heavily fragranced and no washing smell

(If we believe any of your items have been returned washed, worn, stained etc it will be refused instantly. All returns are heavily checked by at least two people)

Please give us your full name, order number and the reason for return so we can discuss how the return process works.

Returns are covered by the customer, we recommend using a signed for a tracked service& keeping hold of your proof of postage as we are not responsible if your parcel is lost on the way back to us and no refund will be given without the return being received .

We are within rights to refuse any returns, if your return is refused for any reason you will be responsible to pay for your  return to be sent back to you as we will not cover this by any circumstance. We will refuse any items returned after the 14 day period so please refrain from sending back as It will just be sent back and you will need to pay postage for this.

SWIMWEAR & JEWELLERY ARE NON RETURNABLE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS

SALE ITEMS ITEMS AND MYSTERY BOXES ARE NON RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE 

You can easily return a package by going to your local post office. Once you put our address on the label and your order number and name, your return should be hassle free.

MUST BE RETURNED BY POSTAGE/SHIPPING ONLY. ANYBODY WHO ARRIVES WITH THEIR ORDER PERSONALLY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN!

Please do not forget to leave your full name and order number either in the package or on the outside. If we receive the package with no name or order number we can not process the return.

If you order more than one item and one item is ready before the other, we will not hesitate to ship whatever’s ready.

Do not panic if you only receive part of your order, we will ship the rest of the order as soon as it’s ready!

If you have already placed your order online, then you can not collect.

Online orders go through a complete different process so we will be unable to offer you a collection on your order if you have already placed the order through the website.

If you wish to collect an item, contact us via instagram and let us know what outfit you’d like and we will organise you an appointment to collect it. You then pay upfront at the collection point.

Please note, there is no refunds available on collection orders. If it doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a bigger or smaller size.

Refunds

If you would like us to a issue you a refund please contact us via our live chat.

You may be asked for your IBAN and BIC, so we can process the refund.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process and an additional 7-30 days to reach your bank account.

Please note, we do not use revolut to refund customers and our refunds won’t appear in your bank instantly.

For pre-orders, you may not be entitled to a refund. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions at check out, you have agreed to all of the pre-order information and policies and therefore must understand how pre-orders work.
