FAQs and Policies

What does pre-order mean?

Please note, pre order items take an estimated 10-20 working days. 
There may be delays on pre order items as they have to be shipped from our manufacturer or from our supplier. If any delays occur you will be notified by email.
Times may vary as delays can occur with customs clearance or delays from the delivery company.
By purchasing this item you are agreeing to the pre-order terms and conditions.

You must agree to our shipping terms and conditions at check out in order to place the order. Therefore, you are agreeing that you understand and have read all of our terms and conditions. Once this has been accepted then you can not withdraw.

If you do not purchase registered post then you are not insurance covered.

All shipping options are available at check out.

Once proof of postage has been given (picture of package or receipt etc) has been sent and you have not purchased registered shipping then we are not liable for lost postage. Once you’ve agreed to our terms and conditions at website you are agreeing in contract with us that you have read and understood these terms.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Ireland and the UK. We can also ship worldwide if necessary. Just drop us a message and we will calculate the shipping costs for you!

How long will my order take?

You can find the shipping rates at check out.

For UK orders please allow 4-10 working days for your order to arrive as it has to pass through customs and customs clearance.

What happens if I order after the Christmas cut off point?

If you place an order for a pre-ordered item after the cut off point then your order will not be guaranteed to arrive on time by Christmas. However, we will ship these orders as fast as possible but it is likely that these won’t arrive before Christmas. Please note this before placing your order as once you place an order you must agree at check out to our terms and conditions. These orders can not be cancelled.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please take care when trying your items on as we will only accept items that :

- Are unused/ unworn

-in the same perfect condition you received

- Must have all tags attached& in original packaging

- No makeup /fake tan/ deodorant marks or any stains

-no odours, heavily fragranced and no washing smell

(If we believe any of your items have been returned washed, worn, stained etc it will be refused instantly. All returns are heavily checked by at least two people)

TO RETURN:

Please include a note with your name, order number and reason for return inside the parcel. If this is not added in we will not know who sent the return and this will delay the return process.

Returns are by POSTAGE only. Any returns dropped off in person will be returned back to sender.

Our returns policy is 14 days. Please ensure to return it within this time frame or else you can not get an exchange or refund.

Returns are covered by the customer, we recommend using a signed for a tracked service& keeping hold of your proof of postage as we are not responsible if your parcel is lost on the way back to us and no refund will be given without the return being received .

Once we receive the return, we will contact you to confirm refund/credit note information. Please also allow time for us to process your returns especially when it is busy! Working days are weekdays and do not include weekends or bank holidays. 

Refunds can take up to take up to 15-30 working days to be processed. Usually quicker but we can have busy periods so please bare this in mind. Refunds will be processed to the original payments. 

We do not refund through revolut!!!

SWIMWEAR & JEWELLERY ARE NON RETURNABLE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS

SALE ITEMS ITEMS AND MYSTERY BOXES ARE NON RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE 

ALL SEASONAL WEAR IS NON RETURNABLE E.G CHRISTMAS COLLECTION OR HALLOWEEN

NO ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

We are within rights to refuse any returns, if your return is refused for any reason you will be responsible to pay for your  return to be sent back to you as we will not cover this by any circumstance. We will refuse any items returned after the 14 day period so please refrain from sending back as It will just be sent back and you will need to pay postage for this.

EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ONLY FOR PRE ORDER ITEMS at the same value as the initial purchase. Credit notes are store credit discount codes which are valid for 3 months, this cannot be extended or used to buy gift cards. We do not process refunds for pre orders under any circumstances as these are specifically made for your orders. Pre-orders are made to order so please note there is no refunds available if you have pre-ordered an item.

Are returns paid for?

We're unable to cover return postage costs as we are a small business. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we're also not responsible for returns lost in the post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

I returned my parcel late- what are my options?

Customers will be contacted to make payment for return postage of the parcel. This will be sent out when the payment has been made and will be delivered back to you on the desired signed for method.

Faulty items

If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty return we can replace this for you or provide an exchange/ credit note/ refund(does not apply for pre orders) but if the item has been worn and without tags we are not responsible for any faults occurred after under any circumstances as this is no longer a manufacturer fault. If you believe you have received a new faulty item please email us with photos and we can investigate and help! We Can not and will not refund a customer for a faulty item without proof of the fault and a return! Under consumer law, the customer must return an item to be entitled for a refund/exchange/repair.
